Refunds and Credits
For any course, prorated refunds will be provided upon request for early withdrawal before the second scheduled diagnostic test, minus a $75 cancellation fee. After the second diagnostic test no refunds are provided for any reason.
Credit may be provided, instead of refunds, with no cancellation penalty. Credit may be provided to students in good standing up until the last scheduled session. A student who must withdraw from the course early may be credited the fraction of the course remaining after the withdrawal. This credit can be applied to an equivalent value of a later scheduled course (based on the full price of both courses at the time of the later enrollment), including a different course altogether (e.g. 1/4 credit for a $699 SAT prep course ($174.75) could be applied to 1/4 of a $699 ACT prep course or the $174.75 could be applied to a $599 online course).
A student who is removed from a class session for disruptive behavior will be given a warning and, if the student is a minor, the party responsible will also be informed. At that time, no refund nor credit will be provided for time missed as a result of being removed from the classroom. If the removal occurs before the second scheduled diagnostic test, the student and/or party responsible will be given the option of student withdrawal from the course, with the appropriate credit. If the choice is made to remain in the course and the disruptive behavior reoccurs, the student may be removed from the course altogether, with no refund nor credit provided.
Refunds may be issued in the form of a check or credit to the credit or debit card used for the initial transaction. Refunds are usually processed within 48-72 hours but may take up to 3 weeks depending on the circumstances, the issuing bank and any holiday delays.
All requests for refunds or credit must be made by calling direct to (770) 912-4573.
